Registration with BAGH is easy! Just 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Visit the BAGH homepage, and click on the ‘Sign Up’ button.

Step 2: Complete the registration form with personal details:

a) Full legal name – Enter your full legal name for identity verification during withdrawals.

b) Username – A sequence of characters that uniquely identifies you, between 4 to 15 characters, allow numbers (with no capital letters and blank).

c) Email – Please ensure that you’re using your current email address when registering, as you will need to verify this information as your identity proof in the future.

d) Phone number – Please ensure that you’re using your current phone number when registering, as you will need to verify this information as your identity proof in the future.

e) Refer code (If applicable)

f) Password

• 6 to 20 characters
• A minimum of 1 upper case letter (A-Z)
• A minimum of 1 lower case letter (a-z)
• A minimum of 1 numeric character  (0-9)
• Special characters are allowed (@$!%*#)

Step 3: Please ensure that you are aged 18 years or above, and have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions. Click ‘Confirm’, and your account is now ready to use.

Note: True and accurate information is required for a valid account registration. Personal details such as Username cannot be changed once registration is completed. This policy is to ensure your account security.

No. You are only permitted to hold one active account with BAGH and any subsequent registrations will not be permitted. BAGH reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts permanently.

No, registration can be done without an identity card number.

Identity card might be required if:
– You updating certain personal information on your BAGH account;
– Discrepancies or inconsistencies of information relating to you, your BAGH account or your transaction(s) with BAGH;
– Abnormal behavior of the account.

Notwithstanding the above, BAGH reserves the right to perform verifications on any of our members when we deem it necessary or appropriate.

No, you are not allowed to change your username after registration. Once you have successfully registered, you need to continue with that account.

For security reasons, your account will be automatically locked after multiple unsuccessful password attempts.

If your account has been locked, please follow the simple steps below to perform a password reset.

Step 1: Click on the ‘Contact CS’ button on the screen.  

Step 2: Select ‘Send us a message’.

Step 3: Click the ‘Account Issue’ button, then click ‘Account Locked’ button.

 

Note:

• After requesting three SMS reset passwords, you have to wait for another 72 hours to try again.
• You must login into your account within 15 minutes after receiving the new random password, otherwise, the password will expire.
• Reset password via SMS will not affect the request to reset password through Email. If you’re unable to reset the password via SMS, you can request to reset the password via email.
• If you’re unable to reset the password via SMS and Email, please contact our 24/7 customer support team for assistance. Our customer support representatives will conduct the verification manually and reset the password for you.

3. Choose to reset via email or SMS.
4. Enter username and verified email/phone number.
5. Follow instructions in the email/SMS.
6. Log in and change your password.

Note: After three SMS reset attempts, you must wait 72 hours before trying again.
